This was about a week ago. Cayo is enjoying the heat while I utilize it for cooking beans in a small pot, and a cassolet in the other.
This was taken a minute ago with the rewards of a full mornings worth of projects.
Potatoes au Gratin, mac and cheese, (combined to one pan to save space) and the rarest half of my roast beef is finishing off on the "back burner."
With limited space I often cook in stages then combine my dishes and use the stove top as a warmer as I nibble all day.
