I vote art.
a little more than a year ago, I took a train from New York to Philadelphia, and a few days later, back. The highlight was the graffiti along the way.
So, besides Jim Dandy, Belfast has an artsy underbelly. Good news! (jim, don't tell me you were behind this graffito!)
nOT THIS TIME, but, IF i CAN FIND IT...I will post MY wall graffiti ART from a fEw yEars aGo in dowNtowN Belfast.
