The Ghoul postcard came with my Ghoul Power Kit which consisted of a Ghoul power T-shirt, a black light Ghoul Power poster, and a Ghoul Power bumper sticker(that I put on my mini bike!)
The back of the other one reads...
"Hi Jim, Have a nice summer! Sgt. Sacto."
I also got a big Sgt. Sacto Salute on his T.V. show for my birthday that summer! yay me!
