Flour, Yeast, & Secret Herbs

I Kneed it Right in the Bowl

After it Raises I Throw it on the Pans

Add the Red Stuff

Cheese and Sausage for These Two

Tasting is Believing!!!

Just dandy. I used to make pizza dough at Michigan State at the Union Cafeteria in the mid eighties.

Cool, then you are ready to do it at home!
I put oregano, red pepper flakes, dried garlic and onion flakes, (sugar and salt) right in the flour so it's all in the crust when it's done. (Boy,is it good!)
