Jeem, I'm a monkey see monkey do monkey!
I made ribs too! I have good meat (from Warren Wilson College farms) and my sauce has onions, garlic, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, salt, chili powder, salt and pepper.
I also prepapred homemade cole slaw.
Jeem Dandy has nothing on me! (that evil-eyed rabbit sucker)
Our recipe sounds similar except I used; onion, garlic, tamarind, mushroom soy, brown sugar, crushed chili pepper, and peanut oil. All pureed into a smooth tasty sauce. After that, as you know, it's all magic.
I live in bELFAST Maine, with my cat Munchy, my one eyed dead cat Yokai, and my other dead cat, Cayo.
Life is weird and so am I.
My photos are on this site. Although, these daze I spend more time posting on Instagram. It's so dang easy.
My words are now Live Journal.( Altho I haven't written anything new in eons.)
You can get there from here.
Check my links, be good to each other, and Party On, Dudes!
